Thousands of plating standards are available from at least a dozen different standards bodies, Umapathy, but perhaps the simplest approach is to get a copy of the "Annual Book of ASTM Standards" ASTM Volume 02.05 Section 2, "Metallic and Inorganic Coatings". It's a handy book of about a thousand pages.
