Please suggest me, Is there any hand book or E-book( cd ) available which will give all the information on Electro Polishing of stainless steel ?

I don't think there is a book specifically on electropolishing in print anymore, but you can get a used copy of "The Electrolytic and Chemical Polishing of Metals" by Tegart.

Very good coverage of electropolishing is included in the Electroplating Engineering Handbook ⇦ this on eBay, AbeBooks, or Amazon [affil link] , and some useful coverage is in the Metal Finishing Guidebook, and ASM Metals Handbook Vol. 5. Good luck.
