-----Excess Aluminum in Sulfuric Anodize Solution
Other than cutting and discarding excess solution, is there any way to reduce the aluminum concentration in a sulfuric anodize solution? Is there a way to limit the amount of aluminum that goes into the solution?

Yes, there are several commercial filtering systems on the market that will remove the aluminum for your tank. I'm sure some are advertised in Metal Finishing ... or (forgive me Ted) "Products Finishing" magazines.
