Need epoxy powder with RAL 810-5 dark grey matte finish

We are working on a product in appliance category. This product needs surface treatment of dark grey matte finish with shade no RAL 810-5. After enquiring from major suppliers, we found that they don't make this shade. We are interested in knowing which company in India manufactures this powder and what is their address, and who is the contact person.
