Sir,
How can I increase the shining and brightness in zinc coating for fasteners, Does dipping the fasteners in hot water helps to increase the shining, At what temp the chemical bath has to be maintained. There's always a formation of white layer over the finished product. Please help me with some suggestions to increase the shining and brightness of the zinc coating. Thanking you.

Hi, cousin Saravana. It sounds to me like your question is not about how to get from a rather matte plating to a brighter plating, but how to operate your bright zinc plating process so it does not generate hazy, defective parts. But it's not clear whether your problem is a white haze from improper control of the organics in the bath, or a white rust type of phenomenon. The first step may be to have your process supplier visit and guide you, but if you can send photos so we clearly understand the problem, we may be able to help some more. Good luck.
