Need an advanced barrel plating line

 1999

Happy New Year:

I'm currently looking for the three most technologically advanced companies that fabricate Zinc plating equipment in order for them to bid for a large Barrel operation. I currently have a fully automatic barrel line from Spain. I'm very pleased with their technology, but I'm looking for a more competitive price and as advanced in technology as them. It is very important for me to get feed back as to who these companies might be. I need to make a decision within the next 3-5 weeks. Please E-Mail me, fax me or call me.

Happy Holidays!

1999

Hi Alfredo. Back in the '80s I had a Buick Riviera which, due mostly to it being the first car with a computer touchscreen, was widely advertised as "The most technologically advanced automobile on the planet. Period." But the interior fell apart around me due to cheap cardboard & glue construction, and I was very happy indeed when I dumped that 'most technologically advanced' car.

'Technologically advanced' isn't quantitatively measurable, and I've seen lots of money spent on rather silly computer features on plating lines which were quite poorly constructed. What features do you need? Maximum operator safety? Fail-safe spill prevention? Automatic titration and makeup? Automatic covers on ventilated tanks? Fireproof plastic construction? Vibrators to minimize dragout? There are vendors around the world offering 'advanced technology'. Good luck.
