Aluminum anodize stripping solution that does not strip the base material

I am looking for a supplier for an anodize stripping solution that slows or eliminates etching of the base material. If you sell, or know of a company that sells such a product if you could please contact me.

Hi, Matthew. Rather than caustic solutions, which do in fact attack the raw aluminum, you would need chromic-phosphoric acid. This is described in more detail in such letters 2076, and 3397, and Good luck!
