Which galvanized steel grade is suitable?

What is the suitable grade of galvanized steel for powder painting? And what is the surface treatment recommended for using in manufacturing evaporative water cooler bottom pan (water reservior)?

Hi, Khaled. If it's going to be painted, galvanneal is a better choice than galvanizing. In this process a final annealing is done which simplifies and improves paint adhesion.
