Amateur chrome plating research information

To whom who can help:

I am a fishing amateur who cut and form my fishing spoon (from single one to the long chain of spoons for the lake trout with reflecting vinyl) starting from copper sheet of approximately 0.035 inch thick.

I am at the point to chrome plate my fishing spoon.

Where can I get the literature and equipment for such a project on an amateur basis?
