Seeking Custom Optic Quality Electroforming

I am looking for optical quality electroforming of a tube, where the inside coating of the tube is gold (of optic surface quality) and the next coating is Nickel.

Where would I find someone that deals with our needs?

NiCoForm [a finishing.com supporting advertiser] specializes in difficult prototype electroforming. You may be able to fabricate your component by nickel electroforming and then electroless gold plating after removing the mandrel rather than having to do the gold plating of the mandrel first.
