Ferrite electroplating on wafers

I am looking for a recipe to uniformly electroplate 1 - 20 microns Nickel-Zinc Ferrite [i.e Ni(x)Zn(y)Fe(3-x-y)04]on silicon and glass substrates. Does anybody have a recipe or a lead for me ?

A zinc-iron-nickel alloy seems possible, but I know of no commercial solutions. You may want to search the literature for research projects on the subject.
