Chemical composition base coat lacquer top coat need for baking

Hi,

It would be greatly appreciated if someone could give me any information on the following:

1. Chemical Composition of Base Coats and Top Coats, done before and after metallization (esp. vacuum metallization)

2. The purpose of heating (baking) the object to be lacquered (basecoated), before and after lacquering (basecoating)
