Hot Dip Galvanized Steel Market

I would like to know the most widely used specs for hot dip galvanized steel. I am trying to get into the business of supplying HDG steel and wondering where the big market lies. Has there been a market study done to understand the use of hot dip galvanized steel i.e., what thickness, gauges, and coating weights of HDG are used in which segment (e.g., Heating and Cooling, Autos, Garage Doors, Framing & Roofing etc) by geographic region, and by how much tonnage or percentage.

Basically, If I can find out the four most commonly used "SPECS" of Hot Dip Galvanized, that would give me enough to start off.

HDG specs can be for galvanized/ galvannealed steel coils (ASTM A653) for fabricated structural steel ( ASTM A123 ) or for hardware/ fasteners (ASTM A153 ). There are other market specific specifications as well.
