I cannot find such a material in either the chem rubber handbook or Lange's, two of the best chemical references available.

Your formula is for plain old isopropyl alcohol on eBay or Amazon [affil link] , which is used in the aircraft industry. Rubbing alcohol is isopropyl ,but it has a lot more water in it. You can find it in your city from any reputable raw chemical dealer, such as VWR or McKesson or etc. It is not expensive.
