Wash tank drip marks on finished product

August 21, 2013

Q. I am having trouble eliminating wash water prior to final coat. My components are spot welded together with an overlap of material where water is being stored, causing water marks on finished product. What is the quickest way to dry or evaporate wash water

A. Hi Kurt. Can you tell us what process you are doing? It's probably obvious to you, but I have no idea if you're talking about cyanide gold plating, vs. powder coating, or whatever. Thanks.
