How much heat is generated during neutralization of 10% Nitric Acid?

I have a 15 GPM flow of 10% Nitric Acid. I need to neutralize it. I understand heat will be generated during this process. I need to determine how much heat is generated so I can size a cooling loop to maintain a reasonable temperature.

Have you considered performing a benchtop experiment and measuring the heat rise? You conceivably could alter your alkaline concentration to affect the heat rise by increasing/decreasing the mass.
