Need copper electroplating equipment

We are exploring the possibility of a plant to do copper coating on a mild steel rod 17.2 mm dia., 20 mm dia., & 23 mm dia by 6 ft & 10 ft. long. Copper thickness required shall be in range of 25 micron to 125 micron.

Please advice me the equipment as well apparatus should be used with detailed technical specification with budgetary offer of total electroplating process and how to do equipment sizing.
