What plating is oxidation and corrosion resistant at high temperature?

Dear Forum members,
We face corrosion on external surface of cooling pipes SUS 430 used at high temperature process (melting). We suspect it may due to halogen gas that comes from raw material and also oxidation (1200° C) at that particular area/process. I'd like to get advise on what type of plating material will meet this aggressive environment, Nickel, Chrome or combination of them? Any other suggestion also will be considered.

Thank you,

Search for Haynes and INCO companies or their products.
They are two US corporations dedicated to the manufacture of specialty superalloys. If there is something that may work, they have it or can guide you.
