EP powder paint is turning from white to yellow

hello,

Our white structure powder paint (EP) is turning yellow at our customer end.While checking in our oven (180/10min) it is whitish and good and even at elevated temperatures of 260 deg. it develops only a light yellow shade. However at our customer end it is yellowish at 180 deg and I don't find any fault in their pre treatment system. It is even worse for light sheets. Why is it so? What's the problem ? 4 of our customers have reported the same problem.
