Silver Recovery by means of electrolysis

I have a project to clean silver coated plates. This plates are used as a hanger for electronic parts to be electroplated with silver. There are stains of silver on the plates to be cleaned before it can be re-used. The plates are alloy and stainless steel. I would like to know how to do silver electrolysis recovery from scratch. Any Help ? Thank You.
