Looking for UV cured painter

I know that it can be anodized but I don't want that, I want UV paint due to the nature of the sculpture.

I am an artist whom is working on first metal sculpture. What I am looking for is someone who works specifically with UV cured paint. What I have/need is 3 - 3' lengths of 5356 aluminum 16 g wire that I want done in black with a clear coat.
