Seeking electropolishing

I am building a luggage rack for a motorcycle from scrap stainless. Have been trying to buff n polish the bar stock and angle before welding it . now I am reading about electropolishing and this sounds like this may be the way to go. Where can I get this done here in New England ? thanks in advance. Matthew
