Test Equipment to detect SUS under sputtered layer

We are making keymats . For our Thai factory and one of types we have SUS plate and above a PC material with sputtering process . I would like to detect the SUS from the upper side so the sputtering will not interfere with the test. Is there any equipment to meet such a demand ?
