ZrN thermal analysis (by DSC)

Hi sirs

I'm working on my thesis and looking for thermal analysis of ZrN.
For coating ZrN on any substrate I should know which material can I use as substrate and I don't have same crystalization peaks (to avoid overlapping thermal peaks of substrate and our films), How can I find thermal analysis of other materials? and which substrate is the best for my work?

I hope to be able to ask my questions correctly :). I'm waiting for your advices.
