Ship to shore transfer of 98% sulfuric acid by 12 inch carbon steel pipe

We want to export shore to ship 98% concentration of sulfuric acid (parcel 20,000 mt) from 12 inch dia, 4 km long pipe line at minimum 300 mt/hr pumping rate ... schedule of pipe line is 40.
what is the corrosion rate and can cs pipe be workable for long term usage ? also how to clean the pipeline after pigging ? anyone has experience of cleaning long jetty (ship to shore) sulfuric acid pipe line cleaning after pigging operation? guide me .
