Spec'ing the Nickel plating on an aluminum heat sink

I need a simple note to put on a drawing to indicate I want bright nickel plating. I need to mention the MilSpecs in the note. QQ-N-290 .0004 thickness is required but what needs to be indicated as far as zincating and copper thicknesses? thanks
