Hot dip galvanizing of tiny object

My question is can we do the Hot dip galvanizing for m.s. 3 mm box

Hi, Manoj.

It sounds impractical although I would hesitate to say that it is impossible without having more information. But my question would be why do you want to hot dip it rather than use technologies like zinc electroplating that are well suited to small objects?

Most galvanizers would decline to galvanize this material. The inside will fill with zinc.

As Ted says, try electroplating.
