Need a reliable re-plating silver product!

Hi,
I took two tables that I purchased in India to a plating shop in Milwaukee, Wi. they cannot re-plate a silver embossed sheet that is applied over a wooden base. But I really like these 2 crazy tables and they DO need replating. Where to go? Does the Jax Silver Plating Solution (Amazon.com) work? Shall I buy something else? I reallt need help.
