This is not a homework hotline where you post your homework assignment and someone does it for you. There are such services, but they're not cheap, and you didn't include your credit card number anyway :-)

We all want you to learn and will help you do so, but doing your homework for you will not help you learn. Look up "floating islands of plastic". Then please tell us the name of your project, and present what you have come up with so far, and people will probably be happy to help you over the rough spots.
