Designing a round phosphating tank of 500 cm3 capacity

Good day. I want to know some design features in producing a 500 cm cubic phosphating bath. I want the bath to be cylindrical in shape, heating temperature will be between 70 and 90 °C, source of heat will be by boiling ring.
It is a project given to me as an undergraduate student in Nigeria. My aim is to:
1. Design a laboratory phosphating bath
2. The use of the bath to phosphate metals or materials for corrosion resistance and aesthetic value.
Thanx

Do you mean 500 cc (ml) or 500 cm diameter. If it is the first, use an 800 or 1,000 ml glass beaker [beakers on eBay or Amazon]. You can use a larger beaker with a floating ring cover as a heat source.
