Want titanium nitride coating of my bike's hard chromed fork

Please help me, I'm 4m Kolkata, I want to TiNi coat on my bikes fork suspension steel road, presently it's hard chromed nickel, and I want yellowish golden color on my bikes front shock-absorber .. its 28 mm outer hollow tube -length 1.4 inch @ 2 piece. Approx. how much its will cost? Where in/beside Kolkata?
