Need help for a teflon based paint

Hi. I have a problem in painting on cast iron conduit bodies.
My customer asked to zinc plate the cast iron body, then go for a Powder coat and liquid coat (I would like to go for a pure polyester coat, should withstand Salt spray test for 500 hrs, both interior and exterior as well).
I came to know he mixed this liquid paint with 4% teflon powder when he does interior painting. He tells me to do the same. I've been trying to source a vendor who makes those kind of paints in India, That acts as an abrasion resistant and good insulator as well.

I request help me out in this case.

Hi, Nagendra. Nylon powder coatings are thick, insulative, thermoplastic and probably fairly wear resistant. I believe, but don't know, that teflon can be added to them in some percentage. The coating is usually applied by fluidized bed rather than spray. Most polyesters are thermosets. Do you have any more detail on what sort of polyester you want?

We have in the past added transparent Nylon to a thermosetting polyester to improve scratch resistance according to the Nylon mf. Never heard of Teflon being used
