Optimizing hard chrome plating to pass CASS test

Dear guys,
I am a supervisor in a hard chrome plating shop last 11 years. we doing to work in hydraulic piston rods, as plating in hard chrome to supply our customer last 10 years. That company is demanding for us to pass the CASS test in hard chrome plating. So what preparation to chemical concentration, percentage of sulfuric, How many amps give to jobs per dmsq?
