Science project: What kind of bond?

Hello, my name is John, a junior, and I'd like to ask a question related to a school chemistry project.
I'd like to know the bond type and the conductivity of these substances: Charcoal, Chalk, Graphite and Sodium sulphate. I have researched a lot, but the sources don't match one another. These answers would really help in doing the discussion of my project.

Thank you!

Hi, John.

I'm not sure that you really understand the questions. For example, when you ask for the conductivity of sodium sulphate, do you mean thermal conductivity or electrical conductivity? And as a dry powder, or as a hydrate, or dissolved in water, or what? Can you present the "type of bond" questions as a multiple choice, for example strong force vs. weak force, or ionic vs. covalent, or surety vs. bearer, so we know that you grasp the question your teacher is asking? Do you feel there is a point to the question, for example, something to be learned from graphing the conductivity vs. the bond type? What is your project? Good luck.
