I want to know about differences between nc alcoholic and nc non-alcoholic thinners.

Your question is far too abstract to get any common sense answer. Please describe the situation that you are trying to resolve.

All we can say at the moment is that the alcoholic thinners contain an alcohol, the non-alcoholic doesn't.
