Want translucent color on nickel plated ABS parts

Sir,
I want to color my ABS moulded parts, I can nickel plate it and then I want different colors on it, looking something like anodised parts.
Can anyone guide me for complete process -- maybe electrophoretic lacquering?

You can do aluminum metallisation and then colour it. This is usually done for images of deities with LED decoration etc. They are pretty popular.
