Need zinc nickel coating with fully automatic process to resolve the quality issues

We are Fuel Injection Equipments manufactures located in Chennai. Our component named Common Rail should be coated after machining. We need the surface coating which meets more than 400 hrs of Salt spray test and also supplier should be in and around Chennai.
