Need blasting and acid etching of screws

We are looking for a shop to blast with 250-500 µm alumina particles followed by acid etching in HCl/H2SO4 solution or something similar. This is referred to as an SLA treatment and is used on dental implants mostly. A internet search should bring up more info.
