White dots on the face of nickel-chrome plating

Hi all
we plate nickel-chrome on the iron. Today appears white dots on the face of product.
We checked this dot between nickel and chromium layer. Please help me for that error
I don't know how to upload the picture about that error. if can help, I will do it.
