Cold cast copper casting fish

Hi There, I am a flyfish guide on the Bow River here in Calgary, Alberta.

I'm looking for a course to take to learn to do replica's of fish in copper.

Can you point in the direction of a course (preferably located here in Calgary area) to

take to do this.
