-----Hydrogen embrittlement risk associated with replating
What are the risks when replating a recent plated part? with no stress relief between the two steps.

Hi, Bruno. Your inquiry is a bit brief and vague for a good answer. Do you mean you are immediately replating internal rejects? Is the process such that it will strip the first plating (like zinc or cad) or that it will double the thickness of the plating (reactivating a nickel plated surface for a second layer)? In general, you skip a dembrittlement step at great risk.
