Hi, Ayana. People can't teach you an entire technology in the few sentences appropriate to a response in a public forum, but "print and etch" would be the simplest way to make simple circuit boards. The non-conductive paper phenolic core of the board has a copper foil glued to one or both sides. You put a resist on the foil either by silk screening a pattern onto it or by putting a photosensitive resist on the whole board and selectively exposing it via a photographic process. Then you etch the board, which leaves copper traces only where you wish them to be.

For considerably more detail, please see if a library has or can get you a copy of Coombs' Printed Circuits Handbook[this on Amazon affil links]. Good luck.
