Is it possible to hot foil with a high pressure sublimation heat press

Hi, I've got some PVC needing hot foiled 28x38cm.

Does anyone know if its possible to use a high pressure sublimation heat press to do this.

I have asked some manufactures they say yes it can, but I spoke to a foil manufacturer and he said no.

Any help would be appreciated.
