Chemical etchant for Nickel to better SEM a Ni-SiC composite

Dear sir,
I want to etch Ni from Ni-SiC nano composite prepared from electrodeposition technique so that SiC can be better visualize in SEM. could you please provide me about the etchant for Ni in this case ?
