Removing zinc from oil

I WORK IN THE OIL FIELD AND MY QUESTION IS THERE ANYTHING YOU COULD DO TO SEPARATE ZINC FROM OIL OUT OF OUR PRODUCTION TANKS. WE ARE HAVING TROUBLE SELLING OIL TO REFINERIES BECAUSE OF HIGH LEVELS OF ZINC?THANKS FOR YOUR TIME.
