Book on Electroforming by P. Spiro is still today good starting point. Oppi Untracht's books are very good too -- (detailed description of used processes -- Jewelry Concepts and Technology[this on Amazon affil links], New York 1980., Metal Techniques for Craftsmen[this on Amazon affil links], New York 1968.) Any better book on jewelry making must have chapter on electroforming. There are some download free old books (19-th century) at internet archive website(www.archive.org).Hope it helps and good luck!
