we are manufacturing Different type of Copper/Aluminium Busduct as well as panel, in this systems we use lot of copper, we required what effect of tinning on Copper Bus & Aluminium Bus ( mean Current Capacity i.e., how many percent increase current )

Most people tin or silver the joint to prevent corrosion between the plates which is an insulator. Plating will do so close to nothing for initial conductivity that it is irrelevant.
