How to polish silver plated copper wire to a low RMS down to 0.010" dia. wire?

Are there any machines you can buy to polish the round outer surface of silver plated copper wire? Possibly stranded SPC cable as well.. It seems there are multiple ways to reduce the macro roughness and increase the micro roughness to achieve a low RMS, such as plasma, dies, lapping, electropolishing. Can someone help me with this? Thanks!

First of two simultaneous responses --

Pull single strand wire down from a larger size through a diamond die. It will be mirror smooth.

Second of two simultaneous responses --

I'm not sure of a manufacturer, but an in line secondary process should be relatively easy to set up. If you are looking for equipment I suggest you look at tube or wire forming.
