before sulphamate we are doing cyanide copper.

Hi, Jagdish. Do you go from the sulphamate nickel to the electroless nickel immediately, stopping only for very quick rinsing?

I used to have that problem when I was plating zinc die casting, do the following:
Change rinses
Carbon filtration for the nickel sulfamate, copper and adjust Ph to 4.
I had good result afterward.
