Golf club paint fill

Hi,I'm starting a small golf club assembly facility and would like to know what is the safest, most durable paint to fill in the metal stampings on the sole of an iron? It should be high gloss,weather resistant, UV protected for an aggressive outdoor environment.
Any suggestions?
